Payments: all group courses and bonuses are paid in advance.
Punctuality: If you are late for your class, no time will be added to your class. However, if the teacher is delayed we will add more time and will recover the lost time at the most convenient time for student / s and teacher.
Cancellations and lost classes: If you miss a group class you will not be able to recover. It is possible that private classes can be retrieved with a minimum notice of 24 hours.
Teachers: The school reserves the right to change teachers whenever the organization, program or personal state of the teacher is convenient.
1.- Schedule, Classes, bonuses and reimbursement.
The class schedule is from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. from Monday to Friday, depending on the type of course and the activities you have hired.
The duration of the class is 55 minutes.
All our highly qualified native teachers with proven experience in language teaching. The school reserves the right to change teachers whenever the organization, program or personal state of the teacher is convenient.
The center insists on the punctuality of the teacher, but in case of any incident and consequent delay, the class will be extended to the 55 minutes of stipulated duration. However, in case of student delay, the class will end at the stipulated time.
The acquisition of 20, 40, 60 and 80 class bonuses is encouraged, for this reason the class price is reduced and the student is informed that the voucher does not expire.
Bonuses and courses once started are non-refundable.
The courses and group classes are with a reduced number of students, between 4 and 8 students, to improve the quality of teaching and homogeneity of level.
We use innovative and communicative teaching techniques. Our courses have been carefully studied and created to ensure rapid and effective progress; They are entertaining, fun and adapt to the demand and needs of students.
Our courses in all languages are appropriate for all types of students, from beginner to advanced level. They cover the 6 levels (A1 – C2) that correspond to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
Before beginning to study in our center, the student will take a level test, which will be free.
There is no tuition payment.
All class payments, both private and in groups, are made in advance and must be paid on the first day of class. The monthly payments are paid for months in advance on the day the monthly course begins.
Payments will be made in Euros. All the expenses of bank commissions both in Spain and abroad will be paid by the payer. In the case of returns, commissions will be paid by the beneficiary of the same.
Education is exempt from VAT. The prices of the other contracted services include VAT.
All observations, claims, time changes, etc. they must be done in administration and not with the faculty.
Students will have the right to use the following services for free: wifi, internet, free drink services (tea, tea, coffee, water), library service, loan service (books, videos), etc.
The didactic materials and extra-academic activities are not included in the published cost per course.
Guadalmina Idiomas grants a certificate of attendance to its courses and programs. Students who wish to obtain a level certificate must complete and pass the exams at each level.
The payments made in the booking of the courses, are part of the price and will be deducted at the time of payment of the course.
Cancellation of the course and, where appropriate, accommodation, will involve the following refunds:
• Cancellation up to 15 days before the start date of the course: refund of 75% of the amount of the reservation.
• Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before the start of the course: 50% refund of the reservation amount.
• Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the course: there will be no right to any refund.
The costs of classes lost due to illness, travel, late arrival, major cause, etc … will not be reimbursed in the case of courses and group classes.
In the case of private classes, including those made with bonuses, the classes can be canceled and modified from time and days with a 24-hour notice.
Once the course has begun:
When the student cancels, in advance, any type of course for any reason, the amount paid and not used will be non-refundable, however, Guadalmina Idiomas will issue a voucher in favor of the student with a validity period of 4 years to recover the lost classes.
If the number of students in a group is reduced to less than 3, Guadalmina Idiomas can suggest to the students and according to their availability to make the appropriate adjustments (readjustment of hours, reduction of hours, integration in another group). In the event that Guadalmina Idiomas has to modify the schedule and / or cancel a course, the student will receive a refund of the amount of the part of the course not received.
2.- Holidays
The courses will not be taught on the following holidays:
Christmas holidays (from December 22, 2018 to January 7, 2019).
Holy Week holidays (from March 24 to April 1).
National holidays: May 2, August 15, October 12
3.-Ofertas
Descuento por inscribirse un estudiante en dos o más cursos al mismo tiempo 5%.
Descuentos en la adquisición de Bonos, comprando más de un bono mayor a 20 horas cada uno ofrecemos un descuento de 5%.
Descuentos negociados de antemano con grupos, empresas, asociaciones, instituciones y agentes.
4.-Formas de pago

5.- Seguro y exención de responsabilidad
Guadalmina Idiomas no se hace responsable de la pérdida, sustracción o robo de objetos o propiedad personal de los estudiantes.

* Localizacion: centro comercial, parking gratis, supermercado, cafes, restaurantes y todo tipo de servicios.
* Aire acondicionado: Los veranos en la Costa del Sol pueden ser calurosos, para conseguir un ambiente agradable que fomente la concentración en el estudio de los idiomas, todas nuestras clases están equipadas con aire acondicionado.
* Internet y Wifi gratis: disponemos de salas para estudio donde puedes utilizar la red inalámbrica de forma gratuita a cualquier hora durante el horario de apertura de la escuela desde las 9:00h de la mañana hasta las 19:30h de la tarde.
* Biblioteca disponible para los alumnos: la lectura ayuda a acelerar el proceso de aprendizaje. Disponemos de libros para dejar en préstamo a los estudiantes.
* Material de autoestudio: Nuestros profesores pueden proporcionar a los estudiantes más ejercicios y material de estudio, aconsejando sobre la manera de acelerar el proceso de aprendizaje.

Una fianza es necesaria para estancias en familias de acogida y en apartamentos para el improbable supuesto de causar daños o desperfectos en las instalaciones de la casa de la familia o del apartamento utilizado. La fianza dependerá de la duración de la estancia y del tipo de alojamiento y el estudiante será informado de su importe una vez elegido el alojamiento y su duración y antes de realizar la reserva. La fianza será devuelta en un periodo de menos de una semana después de tu salida.
